Good product

Very good products. I enjoy them very much. I would give five stars however Customer service is not very good. I am missing items from my order I contacted them sent them the pictures of everything. Nothing was checked off on my packing slipped as it says on the FAQ page that everything is checked off and double checked but I'm still missing items they give you 5 days to reach out to them to let them know but they never respond back to you. So now it's past the 5 days I just don't get my item.
