Jessica from Spoiled: I placed this order and got my confirmation and the items have been delivered. I ordered this from a special live that you were doing offering discounts to every 10 customers starting at 60% and going down to 50%, etc. I did NOT notice that you were not doing it live. I placed the order at 2:08 AM. When I realized that you were not on a live - AT 2:38 AM - I sent a couple of emails saying I wanted to cancel my order since I realized I might not be eligible for the 50% discount since you were not live. I also sent a message to your phone number and I also typed a comment on your website. Mind you I didn’t realize that you were not live. I didn’t pay attention to that little area up on the left side. What’s very concerning to me is that I have not received any kind of reply to any of my correspondence that I sent you or your company. And that is not very good for a business. Not to be acknowledged at all. Y’all could’ve sent me back something telling me I didn’t qualify for the discount and then ask me if I still wanted to get the items if I had to pay full price but to hear nothing that’s just not right. Please send me back a reply. THANK YOU.
