I love being in the bi monthly palette club and getting the new palettes. I love when my package arrives and I see the beautiful colors.

I would love to leave a review but I am patiently waiting for the last 4 monthly palettes. I do have info that says 2 were combined on tracking but only that the label was created. Not shipped yet (palette from Dec 2025 and Feb 2026.)So I will wait their arrival. And look forward to receiving shipping information for April 2026 and June 2026. Soon as well.

I’ve loved this brand since the beginning! I’ve been on the bi monthly subscription since the beginning and honestly it was so exciting to get something new so often. Now it just seems like it’s taking so long to get our palettes. I don’t want to cancel since you are one of my favorite cosmetic brands. But it’s crazy how I have two paid months yet they are both unfulfilled when they used to come sooner. If you’re going to stop doing this just let a sista know…. Even if I’ll be sad

Confused

Just confused as to when the bi monthly palettes come…I just received 1 but it’s been like 4 months since I received the last one…unless I’m wrong. I tried emailing you to see if I can get a list of what palettes I received so far and when.
