The second month my order was missed entirely and I had to write it. The 3rd, by the middle of the month I sent emails asking when to expect the order and it took a week for them to reply without answering when, but simply to ask what colors I wanted, so then after picking colors they replied and told me I didn't have a lippie subscription and referenced a different order number that wasn't mine while my order number was in the subject line of the email. I corrected them and they finally shipped it. Then I paused the 4th month because I didn't feel like dealing with the headache again. During the 3rd month they had told me that you can pick your colors as long as you pick them before they ship out so when I unpaused, I actually had 2 smooth months where I told them my selection and they shipped it no problem. Now this last month I told them my colors again before it shipped but they didn't reply to confirm, sent me different colors, and replied afterwards to tell me they didn't send my color choices. I repeatedly asked if they can keep my choices for next month and they keep telling me I can pick my colors for next month, but I'm trying to get them to confirm the fact that I already sent in my selections and make sure they use the same choices I already sent in for next month. They are making it out like they're gonna want me to email them again when they could be making a note of the colors I already picked. They also told me the lip trio sub is going away and they aren't accepting new customers for it yet still to this date it is available for new sign ups on their site. Now this is the kicker. This last time around I caught on to the fact that they've been charging me for shipping every month when it says there is free shipping for orders in the US. They told me they don't do "refunds". I said this isn't a refund, this is you reimbursing me the shipping that is claimed to be free. I'm not asking for a refund on the product, I asking them to honor their own free policy. It took a week for them reply to even tell me that they "don't do refunds" and tell me that they would "ask Jessica" about the shipping fees. Now another week and half has passed and they haven't replied and I've sent 2 or 3 more emails since. They need to not only refund me but fix the shipping fee glitch, but instead of doing the right thing and returning what has accrued to $18 in shipping charges, they could refund that and keep a subscription based customer who would be paying them out monthly plus buying extras for friends and family around the holidays but nope, that would be too simple and ethical and make them more money in the long run but the wrongful $18 in shipping fees is so much more precious to them I guess, so they'll just ignore me like dimwits instead.
