The mystery box was filled with lots of eyeshadow palettes I already had, and a foundation that was the darkest color they make. Its too dark to even use as contour. Had they sent me a lighter or even tan foundation I could have made it work, but this, too dark...in the garbage it went. Now if I want to buy another in my color, it's $30. So ill NEVER buy a mystery box ever again. It was a major disappointment and full of useless things for me. I asked if I could send back the foundation to just exchange for a diff color so I could actually use it and the request was denied . So they have now lost a customer. I was willing to pay the shipping back and back to me and all I wanted was an exchange and it was denied.

I received the $75 Fill it Up box during a sale & got it for around $35! I was extremely pleased to discover they still filled it with a ton of goodies❤️

I just have one complaint and it’s the colors of the lip products. There were two shades of lip color that look exactly the same in a side by side comparison on my lips. However, they’re both nowhere near my shade as I am a brown girl and these colors are both like a beige. The eye shadow palletes are immaculate, I love them both! The mascara is awesome as well. Please add variety for the lip products. Thank you for your consideration.
