The pallet is good , Ive been buying her products for years just started the face care products , they are wonderful this far.
Her products I usually dont have complaints about. Business practices and social media need work , wish I could voice those complaints, but ill list one here... Number one business complaint , 2 to 3 weeks weeks shipping is unexceptable for where I live in the U.S and where she is stationed. Its not the usps. Its the business. Just a heads up on that one problem. Shipping is getting longer and longer. I learned If u place an order off tik tok , tik tok mandates her business to get orders out like a business should timely.
So if u order u must be willing to know that if u ordered from her side of the business u her website. Your order most likely will not ship in a timely manner, because i guess its not mandated. At least a week or more just to be full filled and then another week or 2 for usps to get it to you. And this is U.S. not over seas.
But the products are good. Some I really love !
