Im with the previous reviews, I canceled my subscription and I also asked for a refund. I lost the fun and excitement on these bi monthly pallets as I keep getting excuses or not receiving an answer when asked. I spent hundreds of dollars $$$$ like others when I learned about this company. I love their products but then it became where we didn't matter I no longer have purchased from the company and I see going on 3 bi monthlys now that I made the right decision. This company unfortunately is becoming a joke. They need to get it together

October, December & almost time for February. But haven't received OCTOBER OR DECEMBER and FEBRUARY payment will be coming out on the 15th!! That's Sunday! Emailed them months ago and you get we are waiting for them to ship to us. Emailed them again a few weeks ago, answer: still waiting for them to arrive. They use to be on time every other month. I dont know if its whoever makes you pallets fault or owner of the businesses fault. But this is getting ridiculous. They offered a refund but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. But here we all are..........waiting! I agree with the last 2 reviews. What's really going on?! Y'all are about to be 3 pallets behind! That's half the years wait when you get 6 a year!! Lmao..this businesses is becoming a joke and only sees $$$$$$. So many promises. But way more let downs lately. All the deals and winner winner chicken dinners. Has anyone actually ever won one of her "chicken dinners?" Morning lives seem to be the ones with the winner?winners? Lol. Getting greedy now!! I'll sit back and continue to wait......🥱🥱 maybe we will get them by October 2026 and December 2026 at this rate gonna be a whole year behind....

I have NOT received my bi-monthly palletes for Oct or Dec and my CC is getting ready to be charged for Feb.
Every time the owner is asked she doesn’t respond or makes up som BS excuse.
Using basic calculations - if 100 people are in the same situation as me that’s over $7,000 that has been taken from us.
That’s a felony for a business to do that and I will complain to every authority possible.

I have been a long time supporter and have been getting the bi monthly pallets for years I am now cancelling because, I have been told it’s a preorder and not a bi monthly club now but it’s still advertised as a club where you get a pallet shipped every other month after you’ve paid. I feel like this is misleading and taking advantage of paying customers. I still have yet to receive October and December and it’s almost halfway through January.
