I’ve loved this brand since the beginning! I’ve been on the bi monthly subscription since the beginning and honestly it was so exciting to get something new so often. Now it just seems like it’s taking so long to get our palettes. I don’t want to cancel since you are one of my favorite cosmetic brands. But it’s crazy how I have two paid months yet they are both unfulfilled when they used to come sooner. If you’re going to stop doing this just let a sista know…. Even if I’ll be sad
Just confused as to when the bi monthly palettes come…I just received 1 but it’s been like 4 months since I received the last one…unless I’m wrong. I tried emailing you to see if I can get a list of what palettes I received so far and when.
Still waiting for OCTOBER and DECEMBER! How long will FEBRUARY take to come? Another 5 months? Jessica, I think you've bitten off more than you can chew. You are doing so many things thats emails are getting neglected, BIMONTHLY PALLETTES are being neglected. We have NEVER had to wait months to receive our PALLETTES the person above is right, this company is becoming a joke. You have this page to run, your new purse page, TikTok orders, PR package reviews. Oh and sugar mama, dont even get me started on that. Ur all about that $$$ and eventually you will have no customers. What joke......I have my 3 bimonthly paid and TWO decent sized orders I placed and they continue to say UNFULFILLED. Hire more people or maybe slow down and quit doing so much for the $$$$ . I've searched you, your net worth is 4 million dollars. Pictures for proof.

Im with the previous reviews, I canceled my subscription and I also asked for a refund. I lost the fun and excitement on these bi monthly pallets as I keep getting excuses or not receiving an answer when asked. I spent hundreds of dollars $$$$ like others when I learned about this company. I love their products but then it became where we didn't matter I no longer have purchased from the company and I see going on 3 bi monthlys now that I made the right decision. This company unfortunately is becoming a joke. They need to get it together
